Forms Instructions
Open the form you'd like to use, save a copy to your computer, fill in the blanks, then email your completed form to [email protected]. If you'd rather submit paper copies instead, you can print off and send to school with your child or drop forms off anytime in our secure lock-box (located between the double doors of the school entrance). You can also mail paper copies to us at 217 S. Broadway.

K-6th Lunch & Milk Payments
You can link to the online portal here.

Our Savior's is no longer accepting cash or checks for lunch & milk accounts - all payments must be done online through the portal.

As an added convenience to our families, our school will cover all transaction fees from these online payments. If you are financially able, please consider making a few larger payments to your account throughout the year, rather than many small payments, to help us conserve costs.

 Adopt-A-Student Program
Our Savior's Lutheran School's Adopt-A-Student Program is designed to link students who are financially in need with those who care and believe in the ministry of the school and are financially able to give support toward the Christian education of a child.
